Joukkoon ripaus suolaa, ja ehk\u00e4 viel\u00e4 leivinjauhetta, ja supersimppeli rieskataikina\u00a0on valmis! Jos j\u00e4\u00e4kaapissasi sattuu lojumaan uunissa paahdettuja bataattilohkoja, great, k\u00e4yt\u00e4 ne, tai sitten bataatin voi joko keitt\u00e4\u00e4\/h\u00f6yrytt\u00e4\u00e4. Sekoita bataattisose ja kananmuna\u00a0isossa kulhossa. Lis\u00e4\u00e4 jauhot, suola ja leivinjauhe ja sekoita tasaiseksi taikinaksi. Taikina saa olla hitusen tahmeaa, mutta sen tulisi olla kuitenkin helposti muovailtavaa. Nosta taikinasta lusikan avulla 8-10 palloa leivinpaperilla p\u00e4\u00e4llystetylle uunipellille ja painele jauhotetuin k\u00e4sin ohuiksi rieskoiksi. Paista noin 20-25 minuuttia, kunnes rieskat ovat saaneet hieman\u00a0kullanruskeaa v\u00e4ri\u00e4.
