Toukokuun viimeiset viikot ovat aina olleet omia suosikkejani. Kaikki vihreys ja l\u00e4mp\u00f6 on jotenkin viel\u00e4 niin uutta, ja ilmassa on selv\u00e4 lupaus kes\u00e4st\u00e4. Niiden ilmestyminen yll\u00e4tt\u00e4\u00e4 joka vuosi ja monesti ensimm\u00e4inen sato j\u00e4\u00e4kin korjaamatta. Niit\u00e4 voi kuitenkin onneksi poimia pitkin kes\u00e4\u00e4, mutta nyt kannattaa\u00a0ehdottomasti k\u00e4yd\u00e4 hakemassa pihalta tai mets\u00e4st\u00e4 ainakin pienet maistiaiset.<\/p>\n<p>Nokkonen on ikuinen suosikkini ja ainut superruoka, jota olen k\u00e4ytt\u00e4nyt vuosia. Taisin ker\u00e4t\u00e4 ensimm\u00e4iset nokkoseni kuusi tai seitsem\u00e4n vuotta sitten, kun kiinnostuin ravinnosta, superfoodeista ja raakaruuasta. Olin kyll\u00e4stynyt jatkuvaan flunssaan ja v\u00e4symykseen ja p\u00e4\u00e4tin nujertaa ne paremmalla ravinnolla. Kuvioihin astui vihersmoothiet, raakapuurot ja kaikenlaiset ajoittain hyvinkin mielenkiintoiset kokeilut, joita sen aikaiset blogit tarjosivat. K\u00e4vin ker\u00e4\u00e4m\u00e4ss\u00e4 ensimm\u00e4isen kerran nokkosta, kuivatin niit\u00e4 kukkakimpun tavoin s\u00e4nkyni yl\u00e4puolella (edellisen asukkaan j\u00e4tt\u00e4m\u00e4 painokoukku oli\u00a0vihdoinkin hy\u00f6dyksi!) ja lis\u00e4sin\u00a0sit\u00e4 v\u00e4h\u00e4n kaikkeen: smoothieen, keittoihin, kastikkeisiin, munakkaisiin ja erilaisiin leivonnaisiin. V\u00e4lill\u00e4 vetelin <a href=\"http:\/\/tuulia.co\/fi\/nokkonen-on-ykkonen\/\">nokkosuutetta<\/a>, jota tuleva anoppini valmistaa itse, ja jota toivottavasti itsekin\u00a0viel\u00e4 innostun tekem\u00e4\u00e4n joskus tulevaisuudessa. Pikakelaus nykyhetkeen ja nokkonen maistuu edelleen.\u00a0K\u00e4yt\u00e4n sit\u00e4 edelleen monessa, osittain varmaan siksi, ett\u00e4 se pit\u00e4\u00e4 hiukseni vahvoina ja kasvattaa ne pikavauhtia. Ei paha siis :)<\/p>\n<p>Mutta nyt itse reseptiin! Ker\u00e4simme tovi sitten ison satsin nokkosia ja mieless\u00e4ni on sille monta suunnitelmaa. Olen aiemmin tehnyt muun muassa nokkospestoa ja nokkoslettuja, kumpikin tosi hyvi\u00e4, mutta ennen kuin keksin mit\u00e4\u00e4n monimutkaisempaa, halusin testata sit\u00e4 tosi simppeliss\u00e4 leiv\u00e4ss\u00e4. Kuten ehk\u00e4 tied\u00e4ttekin, olen kaikenlaisten pikaleipien suuri fani ja mit\u00e4 v\u00e4hemm\u00e4n aineksia ja k\u00e4sien sotkemista taikinaan, sit\u00e4 parempi. Pikaisen leipomistuokioni lopputulos olikin\u00a0siis superhelppo nokkos-kauraleip\u00e4, jonka voi valmistaa nopeasti yhdess\u00e4 kulhossa, levitt\u00e4\u00e4 pellille ohueksi levyksi ja paistaa uunissa kullanruskeaksi ja mukavan rapeaksi. Ainut aikaaviev\u00e4 osuus koko hommassa on luonnollisesti nokkosten poiminta. Mutta niit\u00e4 kyll\u00e4 n\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 nyt puskevan l\u00e4hes joka puolella, joten saatat l\u00f6yt\u00e4\u00e4 niit\u00e4 yll\u00e4tt\u00e4v\u00e4n l\u00e4helt\u00e4! Ja jos nokkosta ei kuitenkaan n\u00e4y miss\u00e4\u00e4n, voi sen my\u00f6s hyvin skipata kokonaan tai korvata muulla vihre\u00e4ll\u00e4, kuten vaikkapa pinaatilla, lehtikaalilla tai basilikalla. L\u00e4mmit\u00e4 uuni 220 asteeseen. Huuhtele nokkoset ja pilko ne saksien tai veitsen avulla hienoksi silpuksi. Sekoita kaikki ainekset kesken\u00e4\u00e4n isossa kulhossa lusikan avulla. Taikina saa olla hyvin tahmeaa, muttei kuitenkaan vetist\u00e4. Jos se tuntuu liian vetiselt\u00e4, lis\u00e4\u00e4 hieman kaurahiutaleita.<\/p>\n<p>2. Levit\u00e4 taikina leivinpaperilla p\u00e4\u00e4llystetylle uunipellille tasaiseksi levyksi lusikan tai ison lastan avulla. Ripottele p\u00e4\u00e4lle siemenet.
