Joskus nuorena sunnuntait kuluivat aina treeneiss\u00e4, mutta nyt aikuisena pyrin pit\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n sunnuntait vapaana ihan vaan oleskelua varten. Puhuttiin juuri yst\u00e4v\u00e4n kanssa, ettei sunnuntaihin en\u00e4\u00e4 tee mieli tehd\u00e4 kauheasti mit\u00e4\u00e4n suunnitelmia, vaan ne\u00a0on kiva pit\u00e4\u00e4 vapaana fiilispohjaista puuhastelua varten. Sunnuntaisin tekee l\u00e4hes aina mieli my\u00f6s jotain <em>hyv\u00e4\u00e4<\/em>, eli omassa tapauksessani leipomuksia. Ja monesti viel\u00e4 s\u00e4ngyss\u00e4 nautiskeltuna. Kyll\u00e4 nyt on hurjaa! No on se oikeasti v\u00e4h\u00e4n hurjaa, sill\u00e4 en ole koskaan ollut s\u00e4nkysy\u00f6j\u00e4-tyyppi\u00e4, paitsi siis n\u00e4in sunnuntaisin. T\u00e4ll\u00e4 kertaa lakanoissa nautiskeltiinkin siis gluteenittomia p\u00e4\u00e4ryn\u00e4skonsseja ja t\u00e4m\u00e4n hetken herkkujuomaa, eli t\u00e4ytel\u00e4ist\u00e4 kaakaota, mmm!<\/p>\n<p>Totuuden hetki: en ole ikin\u00e4 tehnyt tai sy\u00f6nyt skonsseja. Ennen kuin siis nyt, kun tein niit\u00e4 itse! Minulla ei siis ole aavistustakaan ovatko n\u00e4m\u00e4 oikeanlaisia, mutta omien makunystyr\u00f6ideni asettamiin vaatimuksiin ne ylsiv\u00e4t kirkkaasti. Ja samoin muuten my\u00f6s muutamien kavereiden, joille sy\u00f6tin ylij\u00e4\u00e4neit\u00e4 yksil\u00f6it\u00e4.<\/p>\n<p>Tasapainottaakseni t\u00e4t\u00e4 viimeaikaista kaikkialla vallinnutta kylmyytt\u00e4 heitin skonsseihin tukun l\u00e4mp\u00f6isi\u00e4 mausteita ja samalla niist\u00e4 tuli v\u00e4h\u00e4n mieleen pulla. Mmm sillekin! Skonssien rakenne on aika\u00a0murumainen (ei siis varmasti yht\u00e4\u00e4n perinteinen!) ja ne ovat ehdottomasti parhaita uunituoreina. Ne voi napostella joko sellaisenaan, tai sitten ihan rehdisti voin kera, kuten meill\u00e4p\u00e4in tehtiin. L\u00e4mmit\u00e4 uuni 200 asteeseen. Mittaa\u00a0kaikki kuivat ainekset isoon kulhoon. Sekoita huolellisesti, jotta taikinaan ei j\u00e4\u00e4 paakkuja.<\/p>\n<p>2. Sulata kookos\u00f6ljy ja hunaja (jos k\u00e4yt\u00e4t kiinte\u00e4\u00e4 hunajaa) juoksevaksi matalalla l\u00e4mm\u00f6ll\u00e4.\u00a0Riko kananmunat kulhoon. Lis\u00e4\u00e4 kookos\u00f6ljy, hunaja ja kauramaito kananmunien joukkoon ja vispaa sekaisin. Kaada maitoseos kuivien aineiden joukkoon ja sekoita huolellisesti.<\/p>\n<p>3. Kuori p\u00e4\u00e4ryn\u00e4 ja leikkaa se\u00a0hyvin pieniksi kuutioiksi. Murusta p\u00e4hkin\u00e4t. Lis\u00e4\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4ryn\u00e4 ja p\u00e4hkin\u00e4t taikinan joukkoon ja sekoita varovasti.\u00a0Anna taikinan lev\u00e4t\u00e4 noin 10 minuuttia.<\/p>\n<p>4. P\u00e4\u00e4llyst\u00e4 uunipelti leivinpaperilla ja ripottele pohjalle hieman kaurajauhoa. Kaada taikina pellille ja muovaile siit\u00e4 k\u00e4sin py\u00f6re\u00e4, suhteellisen tiivis parin sentin korkuinen &#8221;kakku&#8221;. Taikina saa olla hyvin tahmeaa, mutta voit ripotella sen pintaan hieman kaurajauhoa, jotta muovailu on helpompaa eik\u00e4 taikina tartu k\u00e4siin. Leikkaa taikina veitsen avulla kahdeksaan yht\u00e4 suureen kolmioon, ja siirr\u00e4 kolmiot lastan avulla hieman toisistaan erilleen. Leikkaamista helpottaa, kun veitsen kastelee kylm\u00e4ss\u00e4 vedess\u00e4 leikkaamisen v\u00e4liss\u00e4. Ripottele skonssien pinnalle hieman kookossokeria koristeeksi.<\/p>\n<p>5. Paista skonsseja noin 20 minuuttia, kunnes ne\u00a0ovat kauniin kullanruskeita ja niihin pistett\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4n haarukkaan ei j\u00e4\u00e4 taikinaa. Anna vet\u00e4yty\u00e4\u00a0hetki ennen tarjoilua.
