Kaada kookos\u00f6ljy tehosekoittimeen, lis\u00e4\u00e4 banaanit ja hunaja ja sekoita tasaiseksi.<\/p>\n<p>3. Yhdist\u00e4 kaurahiutaleet, mulperimarjat, kookoslastut, hampunsiemenet, kaneli ja merisuola isossa kulhossa. Murskaa saksanp\u00e4hkin\u00e4t hieman pienemm\u00e4ksi ja lis\u00e4\u00e4 ne joukkoon. Sekoita hyvin. Kaada banaaniseos kuivien aineiden joukkoon ja sekoita lastan tai ison lusikan avulla, jotta seos levittyy tasaisesti.
