Kaataessani ep\u00e4onnistunutta leipomusta bioj\u00e4tteeseen totesin, ett\u00e4 nyt on varmaan parempi ottaa v\u00e4h\u00e4n taukoa. J\u00e4tt\u00e4\u00e4 hommat sikseen ja palata asiaan my\u00f6hemmin, kun fiilikset on\u00a0kohdillaan. Siis keltainen v\u00e4ri, jep. Ja itse asiassa oranssi my\u00f6s. Joskus minulla on selvi\u00e4 mielitekoja, jopa himoja, jotakin tietty\u00e4 v\u00e4ri\u00e4 kohtaan. Useimmiten tekee mieli kaikkea vihre\u00e4\u00e4 tai pinkki\u00e4, mutta nyt syksyll\u00e4 on mieless\u00e4 kaikki keltaiset ja oranssit ruuat. T\u00e4h\u00e4n\u00a0aikaan vuodesta my\u00f6s kuiva ja atooppinen ihoni tykk\u00e4\u00e4 ilmoittaa olemassaolostaan ja\u00a0nyt keho tuntuukin kaipaavan kaikkea, jossa on runsaasti beetakaroteenia (hei vaan\u00a0mango, porkkana ja bataatti!)\u00a0sek\u00e4 hyvi\u00e4 rasvoja. T\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4 onkin siis vedelty antaumuksella avokadoja, oliivi- ja hamppu\u00f6ljy\u00e4 sek\u00e4 erilaisia p\u00e4hkin\u00f6it\u00e4, ja tehokuuri\u00a0n\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 tepsiv\u00e4n!<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4m\u00e4np\u00e4iv\u00e4inen smoothie onkin siis kombo aineksia, joita nyt himoitsen: mangoa, banaania, cashew-p\u00e4hkin\u00f6it\u00e4 sek\u00e4 omaa lemppariani \u2013 tyrnimehua. Olen todellinen tyrnifanaatikko ja rakastan sen kirpe\u00e4\u00e4 ja hapanta makua. Kun tarvitsen piristyst\u00e4, ostan ison pullon tyrnimehua (sit\u00e4 t\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 kamaa) ja nautiskelen sit\u00e4 shotteina ja smoothieissa. Pid\u00e4n tyrnimarjoja my\u00f6s pakkasessa ja <a href=\"https:\/\/anna-ojutkangas.squarespace.com\/shophere\/fvldkmwdl8ta3d0yictzlryqb3fzqg\">kuivattuna jauheena <\/a>kuivakaapissa, jotta vitamiinitujaukset saa aina tarvittaessa. Tyrni onkin todellinen vitamiinipommi ja kermaisten cashew-p\u00e4hkin\u00f6iden ja makeiden hedelmien kanssa siit\u00e4 tulee ihana smoothie, joka tuo mieleen auringonpaisteen ja kuumat kes\u00e4p\u00e4iv\u00e4t. Lis\u00e4\u00e4 hieman maitoa, jos haluat smoothiesta juoksevampaa.
