Welcome! My name is Tuulia Talvio. I’ve been sharing my love for food online since 2014 and this site has been my creative outlet to express myself and connect with so many other food-lovers out there.
I was born and raised in the western part of Finland, by the sea. Currently, I’m living in Helsinki with my husband and son. I’m always dreaming of spending winters in the sun, but I’m also deeply attached to my Nordic roots, as there is this a certain magic (and all these awesome berries!), that we have here up in the North.
I like to call myself a creator, as I tend to do lots of different things and I love to be involved in creating something new, whether it’s physical or digital. I do content creation, brand marketing, photography, recipe development, and creative consulting for different companies. I’m also one of the co-founders of a new Nordic food company, Puroa Goods.
All the recipes that I share here are always gluten-free, as I’m a celiac. Otherwise, I try not to have a strict philosophy in food, but I prefer seasonal, natural, and wholesome ingredients. I like to keep things easy and simple and to eat foods that make me feel good inside out. I especially love making breakfast and different kinds of healthy snacks. My blog is a collection of recipes that bring me joy + some everyday ramble about food and life in general.
